1. What we offer

We operate a verified business directory, a catalog of licensed software products, an online learning platform, web development/e-commerce/digital marketing/design services and packages, and a managed digital-assets marketplace.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be legally able to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction to purchase from us.

3. Orders & payment

Prices are shown in your local currency for convenience where available; the amount actually charged is confirmed at checkout before payment. Payment is processed by our third-party payment gateways — we never store your full card details. A Service package purchase creates a service order; we contact you (typically via WhatsApp) to begin scoping and delivery, which is not automated.

4. Digital products & licenses

Software products are licensed, not sold — you receive a personal, non-transferable license key to use the software per its included documentation. Redistribution or resale of license keys is prohibited.

5. Services & custom work

Web development, marketing, and design Services are scoped individually after purchase based on the package selected. Delivery timelines, revisions, and exact deliverables are agreed directly with our team before work begins.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the platform for unlawful purposes, to misrepresent your identity, to attempt to bypass security controls, or to resell access to any product or service without our written permission.

7. Limitation of liability

The platform and Services are provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
