• Account information: name, email address, phone/WhatsApp number, and password (stored as a salted hash — we never see or store your plain-text password).
• Order information: purchased products, packages or courses, and payment status (not your full card number — that's handled entirely by our payment gateways).
• Usage data: pages visited, approximate location (derived from IP address, used only to show local pricing), and device/browser information via analytics tools.
• Anything you submit directly: messages, service-order details, reviews, comments, or support requests.

2. How we use it

To create and manage your account, process orders and payments, deliver purchased products and services, communicate with you about your order (including via WhatsApp for service packages), improve the platform, and comply with legal obligations.

3. Security

The site is served entirely over HTTPS/SSL. Passwords are hashed (never stored in plain text), and payment card details are never handled or stored by our servers — they go directly to our PCI-compliant payment gateways.

4. Sharing

We share data only with the service providers needed to run the platform — payment gateways, email delivery, and analytics — and only to the extent necessary for them to perform their function. We do not sell your personal data.
