One Tours runs private yacht, houseboat and fishing trips in Dubai and Abu Dhabi — the boat, captain and crew are for one group only.

The challenge

Two cities, dozens of boats and very different experiences (party yachts, calm houseboats, fishing trips) had to be browsable in seconds, with transparent per-boat pricing and a booking path that works for tourists in several languages.

What we built

• Destination-first structure: Dubai (38 trips, from AED 499) and Abu Dhabi (32 trips, from AED 415), each with its own yacht, birthday, fishing, houseboat and New Year pages.
• Trip cards with boat size, minimum hours, guest capacity and price per boat — not per person.
• Booking on WhatsApp or online on every trip, with the key promises up front: private boats only, captain and crew included.
• English, Arabic and Russian versions, a blog and SEO-structured trip pages.

Result

A two-city catalogue that makes comparing and booking a private boat as quick as booking a hotel room.
