Dr. Antonious Atef runs a private clinic in Egypt. His patients are mostly Arabic speakers, and some prefer English. The clinic's educational content focuses on common ear, nose and sinus complaints such as snoring, middle-ear infections in children and adults, and sinusitis.

The challenge

Patients usually look up their symptoms before they choose a doctor. The clinic wanted a site that introduced the doctor, explained what the clinic treats, answered common questions in plain language, and made booking as simple as one phone call. Because readers were looking for health information, the content had to stay factual and avoid promising outcomes.

What we built

• Clear patient menu: Home, About the Doctor, Clinic Services, Patient Testimonials, Medical Information, Videos and Booking and Contact, with an English switch in the header.
• Appointment call-to-action: a Request an Appointment button and the clinic's mobile number shown prominently, with a note that bookings are made by calling the clinic.
• Medical information section: dated articles on snoring, the ear and the sinuses, including a guide to middle-ear infection in children and adults and an overview of sinus inflammation.
• Patient testimonials: a dedicated section where patients share their experience at the clinic.
• Video library: a page for the doctor's educational videos, so patients can hear explanations in his own words.
• Bilingual structure: Arabic right-to-left pages with an English version for patients who prefer it.

Result

The clinic now has a single place where patients can read about their condition, learn about the doctor and call to book. The medical articles give the site useful content for people searching about ear and sinus problems, and the steady booking prompts turn that reading into appointment requests.
