Altre informazioni su questo progetto

DGI Assets is a Saudi platform, based in Riyadh, where people buy and sell digital businesses and assets: domains, websites, e-commerce stores, mobile apps, SaaS products, digital accounts, content libraries, brands, games, databases and intellectual property.

The challenge

Selling a website or an online store is a high-value deal between two strangers. The buyer worries about paying for something that is never handed over; the seller worries about handing over access before being paid; and neither knows what the asset is really worth. The platform had to remove each of those risks with product features, not promises — and do it in Arabic for the Saudi and Gulf market.

What we built

  • Listings marketplace: asset cards showing monthly revenue, monthly visitors, age and asking price in SAR, with featured listings and browsing across twelve asset categories.
  • Escrow payment flow: the buyer's money is held in a protected escrow account and released to the seller only after the buyer confirms the transfer.
  • KYC identity verification: buyers and sellers verify their identity before they can close a deal.
  • AI valuation engine: sellers get a fair price range for their asset before listing it.
  • Transfer checklists and disputes: step-by-step handover lists per asset type (domain, hosting, accounts) and an online arbitration process with a defined 72-hour to 7-day window.
  • Five-step deal journey: register and verify, browse or list, offer and pay into escrow, deliver or receive, then payout — explained on the home page and enforced in the product. Built as a custom Angular application rather than a template.

Result

A full transaction platform, not a classifieds site: every risk in a digital-asset deal — trust, payment, valuation, handover and disputes — has its own feature in the product.
