More from this project

Kaizen is an Odoo partner based in Giza, Egypt, with more than twelve years of experience delivering ERP projects. It helps small and mid-sized companies in Egypt and the Gulf move from spreadsheets and disconnected tools to a single Odoo system, and it offers management consulting and staff training alongside implementation.

The challenge

ERP is a considered purchase. Business owners need to see that the partner understands their sector, knows which modules they need and can support them after go-live. The site had to explain that offer in clear Arabic and convert visitors into qualified leads through a free assessment, not just a generic contact form.

What we built

  • Assessment-led hero: the headline asks whether the company is ready for digital transformation and offers a free readiness assessment, backed by the Odoo Partner badge, the 12+ years of experience and two calls to action.
  • Why Kaizen: four value cards for custom solutions, local expertise, ongoing support and fast implementation.
  • Integrated services: cards for Odoo ERP implementation, management consulting and organisational development, digital transformation and systems integration, and training.
  • Clients, sectors and modules: a client logo carousel, a grid of the sectors served, from professional services and construction to healthcare, education and logistics, and a grid of the Odoo modules Kaizen implements, including accounting, inventory, purchasing, CRM, HR, POS, eCommerce and project management.
  • Lead qualification form: a form asking for name, phone, email, company name and sector, with a submit button to request a free Odoo demo.
  • FAQ and contact: answers on implementation time, suitability for SMEs, post-launch support and phased rollout, plus email, phone and floating WhatsApp buttons.

Result

Kaizen gained a focused lead-generation site that speaks to business owners in their own language, shows the breadth of its Odoo work by sector and module, and routes every visitor towards a free assessment or demo request.
