18K gold is 75% pure gold, which the hallmark expresses as 750 parts of pure gold in every 1,000. The remaining 25% is alloy, added for strength so the piece holds its shape through daily wear. Each item from the store is stamped 750, and every order includes a certificate of authenticity. Any surface finish, plating or stone is listed on the product page, so you know exactly what you are buying.
How day-rate pricing works
Gold prices move every day, and so do the prices on the site. Each piece is priced by the day's gold rate per gram, plus a making charge for the design and craftsmanship. Two practical consequences:
- The price you pay is locked at checkout. It does not change afterwards, even if the gold rate moves.
- Refunds return the full amount paid. If you send an item back within the return window, you get back what you paid, not a recalculated value.
Some items show a "from" price, which means the final cost depends on the option you choose.

Getting the ring size right
The size guide uses US ring sizes from 5 to 12, with diameter and circumference in millimetres. Measure a ring that already fits, or the inside circumference of the finger, and do it late in the day when fingers are at their largest. If you fall between two sizes, choose the larger one, especially for wide bands. Unworn rings can be exchanged for another size free within 14 days, subject to stock.

- Add to cart and pay by Visa, Mastercard or Apple Pay, split the payment with Tabby or Tamara, or choose cash on delivery and pay in cash or by card when it arrives.
- Orders are packed within one business day and you receive a tracking number by email.
- In Dubai, order before 2 PM from Sunday to Friday for same-day delivery (AED 25, free over AED 300). Elsewhere in the UAE, standard delivery takes 1 to 3 business days (AED 20, free over AED 250).
Returns, warranty and care
You have 14 days from delivery to return an unworn piece in its original packaging with its certificate, and pickup from your UAE address is free. Earrings and personalised or engraved pieces cannot be returned unless faulty. A six-month warranty covers manufacturing defects such as a faulty clasp or weak solder joint. To keep pieces looking their best, store each one separately, remove jewellery before swimming or applying perfume, and clean it with lukewarm water and a drop of mild soap.
